RETURN POLICY
Order Cancellation
We accept cancellation requests submitted prior to shipment or the start of production. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning items. Do not send items directly back to the manufacturer or our transshipment points.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will process the refund, and the funds will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment account within 3–15 business days. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your card issuer's processing speed.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then, contact your bank. Refunds usually require some processing time to appear in your account.
